David Anderson welcomed me yesterday Thursday, June 12th, 2025. He proceeded to performing a thorough hearing assessment. He explained the test, adjusted and calibrated my hearing aid, and provided me with the latest products to consider. By the way, I live in the city of New Braunfels, Texas, approximately 100 miles from David's store. Staff was great and had a lot of patience. The hearing test was one of the best I have had. Friendly and listen to what I wanted.
I purcased my hearing aids from HearUSA and I have had exceptional service from the first contact that i made on line with, with Judy, i believe was thew name. She remained contact from the start right on trough until everything was done including the setting of the aids and instrusctions of use and maintenance right hear in Temple, at the Hear USA office.
