I had a great experience bringing my mother here for her hearing aid appointment. Ms Violet Huetter was very kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, especially about the hearing aid equipment and adjustments. She listened patiently, explained everything clearly, and gave very helpful advice. Marlena was also very welcoming and helpful. We truly appreciated the excellent care and service. Highly recommend!
Called in for an appointment. Described hearing aid issue. Set appointment based on probable need for a new transmitter. They were prepared to fix my hearing aid on site as they have my record. Fixed and out of the office in less than 30 minutes. Staff was very friendly and professional. Cost to fix was much less than new hearing aids, which is alway a bonus.
They were very nice and helped me with a problem I've been trying to take care of for about a year now. They are also very noligable on all hearing aids too. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to know where they are at with their hearing at any age.
Instead of waiting to return to the east coast for service, I’m grateful to have scheduled my mother’s appointment with Violet Huetter at Hear USA Sacramento. Ms. Huetter took the time to examine, repair, and correct parts and settings to the hearing aides. Definitely worth the extra wait time for her expertise and very kind demeanor. Accolades go to her receptionist also. Highly recommend.
