I had a very positive experience at Hear USA. Violet Huetter is very professional and knowledgeable while at the same time is also very personable. She spent just the “right” amount of time with me explaining the ins and outs of my new hearing aids. I’m very happy with the product and the service I received.
I’ve been having increasing difficulty in hearing what other people are saying to me despite my relatively new and technologically advanced hearing aids. Violet has been steadfastly, tweaking the settings to make them more effective, but really The improvements have been minuscule. Finally, it occurred to me, maybe the problem is me and not the hearing aids! I really love this hearing center. I have always been treated well with excellent customer service. Violet is a very experienced hearing specialist and can always solve problems and find solutions when I'm having difficulties with the operation of my hearing aids.
I went to HearUSA on Butano Dr in Sacramento with my Uncle for an equipment check up. Marlena provided great assistance with cleaning and diagnosing the equipment issues/complaint while Violet was still assisting another customer. When available, Violet provided additional quick and excellent service check as needed. Violet presented herself to be very familiar with the equipment and quickly resolved our issue. They both showed us courtesy and understanding of our issue.
My mother is a client of Hear USA; we have had wonderful care there. Everyone is very kind and professional; they’ve made sure her hearing aids are exactly as they should be for her use. I’d recommend them without hesitation.
