Instead of waiting to return to the east coast for service, I’m grateful to have scheduled my mother’s appointment with Violet Huetter at Hear USA Sacramento. Ms. Huetter took the time to examine, repair, and correct parts and settings to the hearing aides. Definitely worth the extra wait time for her expertise and very kind demeanor. Accolades go to her receptionist also. Highly recommend.
They were very nice and helped me with a problem I've been trying to take care of for about a year now. They are also very noligable on all hearing aids too. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to know where they are at with their hearing at any age.
I really love this hearing center. I have always been treated well with excellent customer service. Violet is a very experienced hearing specialist and can always solve problems and find solutions when I'm having difficulties with the operation of my hearing aids.
I had a very positive experience at Hear USA. Violet Huetter is very professional and knowledgeable while at the same time is also very personable. She spent just the “right” amount of time with me explaining the ins and outs of my new hearing aids. I’m very happy with the product and the service I received.
I’ve been having increasing difficulty in hearing what other people are saying to me despite my relatively new and technologically advanced hearing aids. Violet has been steadfastly, tweaking the settings to make them more effective, but really The improvements have been minuscule. Finally, it occurred to me, maybe the problem is me and not the hearing aids! I suggested a new hearing exam and was given an appointment promptlywhich showed that I have lost a lot of hearing in my better ear (for all purposes, it’s my only ear)... read more
