HearUSA was terrific. Their offices are located in a small shopping center in Springfield. The receptionship is a delightful and friendly woman who made flawless arrangements for our appointments. The technician Julian C. really knew what he was doing. He fixed one of my aids by replacing a receive; that was easy. My wife's problem, however, was more complicated. I am so glad that Fairfax office closed, so I got transferred to Alexandria office. I finally got my hearing aids properly adjusted

I can't say enough about Toni. I had a very unique problem with my hearing aides and she was not familiar with the way the previous audiologist had set them up. Not her fault but she dug into the problem and got some answers and had me come into the office. We worked through numerous configurations until the problem was resolved. Thank you again Toni for all your hard work in getting my issue resolved!! You have earned a loyal patient!!

I brought my 92-year-old mother in for a fitting. Toni, the audiologist, was extremely helpful and patient. The model that had been ordered for my mother by another audiologist at another location proved to be too difficult for her to put in and remove. Toni showed us another model that she would have recommended in the first place, so we will be back in 2 weeks for a fitting after they are made.
