I had an excellent experience at this hearing aid center! From the moment I walked in, Mira was warm and welcoming. She was very reassuring that my insurance would cover my visit and it was clear that she truly cared about my concerns and was confident they would help me find a solution. Also the audiologist, Julian Camero, took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain my hearing aid options, and answer all of my questions. Highly recommend!
My left hearing aid still not fixed. My doctor daughter looked in my ears for wax and noticed nothing. Julian said I had buildup. When I asked to be called back, he never did. I'm so disatisfied with the service.
Julian did a great job; diagnosed the failed transistor problem and replaced the transistor, also providing great advice on how to minimize sound interference in restaurants. Could not be any happier with the service provided.
HearUSA was terrific. Their offices are located in a small shopping center in Springfield. The receptionship is a delightful and friendly woman who made flawless arrangements for our appointments. The technician Julian C. really knew what he was doing. He fixed one of my aids by replacing a receive; that was easy. My wife's problem, however, was more complicated.
