From the moment I walked into the office, I was warmly greeted by Mira, who made me feel welcome right away. I also had such a great experience with my audiologist, Julian. He was incredibly kind, patient, and truly listened to my needs. He took his time to educate me about my hearing aids and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. I had an excellent experience at this hearing aid center! From the moment I walked in, Mira was warm and welcoming. She was very reassuring that my insurance would cover my visit and it was clear that she truly cared about my concerns and was confident they would help me find a solution. Also the audiologist, Julian Camero, took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain my hearing aid options, and answer all of my questions. Highly recommend!

Cannot say enough about Hearing Instrument Specialist, Julian Camero at HearUSA in Franconia, Virginia. This weekend, the receiver wire on one of my Phonak hearing aids accidently broke off from the main body of the hearing aid receiver, and Julian was kind enough to repair it during his lunch break today. Could not ask for better service from him and HearUSA. Highly recommend this company and Julian.
The Appointment with Julian was Great, and Helpful and I am planning on Returning Again in the Near Future for my Next Set, when the Time Comes. Thanks Again!
