Had good experience with HearUSA. Received a hearing aid from them. Very professional as they carefully took the time to assist in learning all the features of the hearing aid. Were accessible when needed. Good experience
Cannot say enough about Hearing Instrument Specialist, Julian Camero at HearUSA in Franconia, Virginia. This weekend, the receiver wire on one of my Phonak hearing aids accidently broke off from the main body of the hearing aid receiver, and Julian was kind enough to repair it during his lunch break today. Could not ask for better service from him and HearUSA. Highly recommend this company and Julian.
The Appointment with Julian was Great, and Helpful and I am planning on Returning Again in the Near Future for my Next Set, when the Time Comes. Thanks Again!
