Called with an immediate need to have a hearing aid repaired. Was greeted pleasantly and was offered the opportunity to come in the same day. Office staff were immediately helpful. Dr Nowak reviewed my records after she fixed my existing aids and recommended a follow up visit in six months to assure my aids are "tuned" to my existing conditions. No hard upsell, just great service!!!! Thanks you!

I have had a lot of problems with my hearing aids that cost a great Deal of money. They are not refundable. But they are willing to continue to re-order them trying to find The same ones over and over that work well for me. I’m a little disappointed. I’d rather just try a different pair, but I can’t

I had an issue with my ear mold tube as was not hearing to my fullest potential. The tube needed replacement and the staff worked me in quickly with Dr Ron Kaplan whom I've known for over 30 years. He is so compassionate, has a wealth of knowledge and understanding in meeting my hearing aid needs. As always, thanks to everyone involved from the front desk and to Dr. Ron and the staff resolving my hearing needs expeditely.
