One of my pair was not functioning. A couple of mishaps through the ordering/adjustments of new aids process were quickly attended to by staff. Everyone in the office was helpful and attentive to the problems. Outcome: a happy hearing !client

Everyone is upbeat and welcoming, making you feel comfortable and never rushed. Dr. Debby Miller is wonderful in identifying your needs and recommending the best hearing aide that meets those needs and more. I highly recommend this practice.

All medical offices should function like Hear USA in Columbia. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. My appointment times have always been upheld. Dr Nowak is very professional and knowledgeable. She is also a delightful person.
Staff at HearUSA took care of my problem hearing aid and order replacement hearing aides for me, and I received them in a timely manner. Also there was no long wait at my appointment and Dr. Nowak was very knowledgeable and helpful with setting up my new hearing aides. Office staff is friendly and helpful.
