My experience has always been great. I’ve been going there a number of years and have found them to be friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Everyone is upbeat and welcoming, making you feel comfortable and never rushed. Dr. Debby Miller is wonderful in identifying your needs and recommending the best hearing aide that meets those needs and more. I highly recommend this practice.
The front desk staff are all helpful and kind. Dr. Lazas-Miller takes her time, explains things very thoroughly, and is patient. It is easy to make appointments.
I have been a loyal customer of this practice for over 12 years and have always appreciated the excellent service. Recently, Meredith assured me that they would price match the cost of a hearing aid if I found a lower quote. I found a place that quoted me half the cost of their price and sent the quote to Meredith for a price match. However, I didn't receive a response for over a week, not even an acknowledgment of my email.
