I had an issue with my ear mold tube as was not hearing to my fullest potential. The tube needed replacement and the staff worked me in quickly with Dr Ron Kaplan whom I've known for over 30 years. He is so compassionate, has a wealth of knowledge and understanding in meeting my hearing aid needs. As always, thanks to everyone involved from the front desk and to Dr. Ron and the staff resolving my hearing needs expeditely.

I went to HearUSA in Columbia. Dr. Lazas-Miller was very competent, thorough, and professional. Adjusting hearing aid programming is an art. She was so patient, working with me to get the setting just right. I never felt rushed with her. The waiting area is clean and open. Parking is free. Be sure to call the office directly for an appointment. The call center is a bit difficult to deal with.

All the staff that work at this establishment are kind, genuine and all around amazing people. I love coming to this place as they are willing to take the extra time to listen and make sure that your needs are met. I can't give eye enough rating but if I could it would be $200 out of 10

The service that I received for a small problem for new hearing aids ( my failure to do something) was quickly resolved. I have long been a customer of Dr. Debby Miller at Kaplan, now HearUSA. I am now wearing my third set of aids and have found the staff friendly and helpful, alway.

Dr Miller did a thorough ear exam on me. Cleaned and helped me with my hearing aids. Tested if my hearing changed from last year. Raised volume a bit on one hear aid. Friendly and helpful.
