Hear USA has been a great experience from start to the present. The location in Bellevue is very convenient and teh audiologist, Mira, is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. It is easy to reach customer service for any questions, and it's easy to get appointments made. I'd recommend them to anyone who is struggling with their hearing.
My experience with Mira at Hear USA in Bellevue was terrific. She is well organized, friendly and professional, listens well, let's you know what she is doing to address concerns, and never seems rushed. I would give her a top-notch rating. I always leave fully satisfied and with a smile on my face.
Dr Rudic is the best. I wore hearings aids from a warehouse club and I could hear ok. Then I received a flyer from UHC about a hearing aids offer so I called in and made an appointment. Dr Rudic took her time, test my hearing and explaining my condition and fitted me with several different hearing aids and there was a clear choice. I have the Widex Moment now for over a year and I see Dr Rudic for my check ups and she said I can always give a call if I have any questions. I am 78 and life is so much better now
Mira is excellent! My hearing aids work great! Can't believe how much lower the volume of the tv is now and I don't need closed caption. Plus I'm not saying "What...?" When it comes to your hearing, the sooner you get help the better.
Every aspect of my experience with Hear USA has been terrific. Mira is a gem. She is patient and thorough and her manner helped me adjust to my new hearing aids. It is great to be able to hear better.
