One of my hearing aids stopped working. The head technician not only diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the device, she also examined my ears, found a problem and took care of it right away. She was warm, very experienced and super professional. I will definitely be returning here for all of my future appointments.
I initially had trouble getting a call back when I left a message, but I did get an appointment scheduled. Mirjana at the Bellevue location is wonderful. She was very helpful during my follow up visit, explained updates thoroughly and was very knowledgeable. I recommend this location and the services of HearUSA if you are in need for hearing aids.
Mira Rudic is the best ear specialist I could ever have. She is very good with her patients. She does everything she can do to help her patients. I am very fortunate that I came to see her about 7 years ago. 😀

Mira always knows what I need for the best hearing improvement. She listens to any problems and endeavours to resolve them. I've been going to Hear USA in Bellevue for over 20 years and am never disappointed. Always treated with respect, kindness and courtesy. Recently my hearing aid broke, which leaves me without hearing; I was able to call, and have it repaired that same day, within an hour of calling. Great service.
