Mira is excellent! My hearing aids work great! Can't believe how much lower the volume of the tv is now and I don't need closed caption. Plus I'm not saying "What...?" When it comes to your hearing, the sooner you get help the better.
Every aspect of my experience with Hear USA has been terrific. Mira is a gem. She is patient and thorough and her manner helped me adjust to my new hearing aids. It is great to be able to hear better.
Mirajan was very helpful, spotted the broken wire and repaired it on the spot. She explained cleaning in a clear manner and reset the hearing aides. We are so thankful for her knowledgeable help!

I give 5++ stars to the staff! She is fantastic. Kind, knowledgeable, customer focused, and hard working. The overall lower score is because the company has chosen for her to cover the entire Seattle Bellevue area alone. They need another office to take pressure off and provide a more convenient location for many customers.
