I had the most amazing experience when I visited the Hear office. The evaluating physician exclaimed that when she heard my accent, it immediately took her back to her childhood, watching a very well know character on TV with a similar accent to my own. She asked if I had heard of him. It turns out that the character involved was one of my best friends I had known for years, going to the same schools and living in each others houses. Fantastic. Mira always knows what I need for the best hearing improvement. She listens to any problems and endeavours to resolve them. I've been going to Hear USA in Bellevue for over 20 years and am never disappointed. Always treated with respect, kindness and courtesy. Recently my hearing aid broke, which leaves me without hearing; I was able to call, and have it repaired that same day, within an hour of calling. Great service.
My experience has been almost entirely positive -- my Signia earpieces hurt my ears & ear canals at first, but HearUSA was quick to replace the wires with longer ones & the tulips with slightly smaller ones. The hearing aids perform very well, and their mobile phone app is capable & easy to use.
My experience was an extremely positive experience. Not only did thy take excellent care of me without an appointment, they upgraded my firmware and provided me with additional accessories. Outstanding customer service. On a scale from 1 to 10, I give them a 12.
She.was very patient with me as I was learning how to use my hearing aids 🙂. I would recommend the office to anyone. The office was very neat and clean.
