I was little disorganized, and had more questions than was probably fair to the audiologist. But she was very knowledgeable and efficient, answering all my questions and fine-tuning my aids to better meet my needs. I am very grateful.
HearUSA Bellevue located 2 blocks from Bellevue Square was a fantastic place to learn and make decisions about my hearing loss. Mira's professional knowledge is second to no one plus her patience in walking you through options to correct hearing challenges makes is so easy to do business with her. Mirajan was very helpful, spotted the broken wire and repaired it on the spot. She explained cleaning in a clear manner and reset the hearing aides. We are so thankful for her knowledgeable help!
I give 5++ stars to the staff! She is fantastic. Kind, knowledgeable, customer focused, and hard working. The overall lower score is because the company has chosen for her to cover the entire Seattle Bellevue area alone. They need another office to take pressure off and provide a more convenient location for many customers.
One of my hearing aids stopped working. The head technician not only diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the device, she also examined my ears, found a problem and took care of it right away. She was warm, very experienced and super professional. I will definitely be returning here for all of my future appointments.
