I had inherited my mom's hearing aids before she passed away. It was working fine but the right ear piece did not seems to work in the last couple of weeks. I made an appointment with HearUSA and Melissa was able to clean the pieces well so I was able to hear from them very clearly. Thank you Melissa and HearUSA for the excellent service.
Audiologist was Chad, I felt he went over my test thoroughly.. Give me the options of the hearing AIDS. I was very pleased with the information he gave me.
