I had inherited my mom's hearing aids before she passed away. It was working fine but the right ear piece did not seems to work in the last couple of weeks. I made an appointment with HearUSA and Melissa was able to clean the pieces well so I was able to hear from them very clearly. Thank you Melissa and HearUSA for the excellent service.
Chas was great as usual. He really knows all of the technical aspects of working with their products plus he has a great attitude and is a pleasure to work with. He should really be getting a raise!
