I’m giving one star only because of the staff’s kindness Other than that, my experience with this office has been extremely disappointing. It took six months just to get the hearing aids, and the price they quoted makes no sense. They said that even after the $1,500 covered by insurance, I would still have to pay around $1,900 out of pocket, which is unreasonable. I feel so upset for my father, who went through all this delay and frustration. Only God knows how stressful this experience has been for us.

Always on time with appointments, they continue to perform maintenance (clean/replace) wonderfully. Great customer care and friendliness. Even if some customer caused problem, they make the fix and offer corrective care.

I got different hearing aids a month ago and went in the other day to have them tweaked And Chad answered all my questions and made those particular hearing aids better for me. Thank you, Chad. You did a great job.

Not a good services. They gave us a hearing aid device that never worked properly. We gave them too many time to fix it but still not working. After service the device works for couple of hours and then Stops working. They can’t take care of this problem. We have a hard time with their services..

Melissa at HearUSA has always been accommodating in making timely appointments to have my hearing aids cleaned, checked and maintained, and been a pleasure to interact with!
