I’m giving one star only because of the staff’s kindness Other than that, my experience with this office has been extremely disappointing. It took six months just to get the hearing aids, and the price they quoted makes no sense. They said that even after the $1,500 covered by insurance, I would still have to pay around $1,900 out of pocket, which is unreasonable. I feel so upset for my father, who went through all this delay and frustration. Only God knows how stressful this experience has been for us.
It’s always a pleasure coming to Hear USA! My visit with Chad was so great and informative. He explained how to clean my hearing aids and proceeded to do it. It was good to see it done in person! Now, I hope I can remember how do it! He assured me that I could call him anytime for questions about this or any other problem. Chad is very knowledgeable and a go to guy!! He’s my favorite!!
I love my new hearing aids. They are comfortable & barely noticeable. HEAR has always been so professional & helpful. They are always following up with suggestions on getting used to them & are always available if we have questions or problems. I've only had them about 3 weeks & I'm wearing them 10-12 hours a day. They have definitely made my life better.
I gave been wearing hearing aids since I was 4years old, never was told how to care for them it was me finally asking. Hear USA explains everything, sat with me and taught me how to use new hearing aids and if I do have a question they explain in very simple terms. Thank you for everything.
My visit to Hear USA on Tampa was great. Melissa Katz fixed my hearing aide immediately and with expertise . She’s terrific.
