My God mother came in to make adjustments, clean, and change the battery charger on her hearing aids. When I picked her up, she could not stop talking about how wonderful the office manager, John and Dr. Leisa were during her visit. All I heard was so polite and professional and they really took care of her hearing aid and answered all the questions during her visit. I had a wonderful experience at Hear USA. The Bowie office was exceptional. Front desk, awesome. My provider, Leisa Lyles-DeLeon was exceptional. She took her time during the examination and fitting to explain everything in detail. Thank you all so much. It was one of the best office experiences I've had in a long time.
Timely appointment and professional staff. As a new candidate for hearing devices, I was impressed with the testing of my hearing and how each step of the process was explained. My hearing deficiency was explained and my options of hearing devices were reviewed. Once I selected my hearing devices, and payment options reviewed, it was a quick turnaround in receiving them. I highly recommend HearUSA for any concerns regarding your hearing health.
I came to HearUSA Bowie due to having a bad experience with another company. Doctor Leisa and assistant John are amazing. Dr. Leisa explained everything completely, while John was patient with my quirks 😊. I plan to be a lifelong client. Thank you again for making this process smooth!
Excellent visit today at Bowie Hearing Center. I was greeted immediately with kindness. The technician that helped me get impressions of my ears was knowledgeable and kind and offered plenty of insight and help ranging from proper care for my ears and helpful advice moving forward to continue to protect my hearing. She was funny and relatable while keeping it professional. I will return for any further ear related issues and will recommend to anyone who asks. Felt like I was visiting friends
