I had a wonderful experience at Hear USA. The Bowie office was exceptional. Front desk, awesome. My provider, Leisa Lyles-DeLeon was exceptional. She took her time during the examination and fitting to explain everything in detail. Thank you all so much. It was one of the best office experiences I've had in a long time.
Timely appointment and professional staff. As a new candidate for hearing devices, I was impressed with the testing of my hearing and how each step of the process was explained. My hearing deficiency was explained and my options of hearing devices were reviewed. Once I selected my hearing devices, and payment options reviewed, it was a quick turnaround in receiving them. I highly recommend HearUSA for any concerns regarding your hearing health.
I came to HearUSA Bowie due to having a bad experience with another company. Doctor Leisa and assistant John are amazing. Dr. Leisa explained everything completely, while John was patient with my quirks 😊. I plan to be a lifelong client. Thank you again for making this process smooth!
I took my Mom to see Dr. Leisa yesterday and it was an extremely comfortable appointment. Dr. Leisa took her time with my Mom, suggesting care and reviewed with her a couple of times (Mom is 106 years old). I was most appreciative of her patience and professionalism.
Considering we ate still in the pandemic and we had some random inclement weather the last couple weeks, our appointment was changed a few times. However, once we were there, the receptionist was pleasant and quick processed us in. The doctor was wonderful. She was clear, concise and to the point with what my mother needs were. She made excellent recommendations. In the end, Medicare nor Medicaid doesn't pay for hearing aids. Its All out of pocket costs.
