Mitch adjusted my sound volume on certain frequencies which helped. He also gave me another tutotial on cleaning the hearing aids and adjusting the hearing aids from my phone. I hope I can remember it all. If you receive a call on applewatch , how do you transfer it to Apple phone???
I came in recently because a piece of my hearing aid remained lodged in my ear. They saw me right away, extracted the piece and had me on my way in short order. They are my usual hearing practice and I will stay with them for sure.
I was tested and although I had a baseline of ok, it was suggested that I make an appointment in a year to see how I am doing. I like the no pressure to buy hearing aids and the professionalism of those working there.
First time visit Brandon was super professional,patient and very easy to communicate with.
Friendly professional service. Very helpful in choosing the best aids for my hearing loss.
