I had my ear impressions done at HearUSA for a pair of custom in-ear monitors. Prior to this appointment, I had visited a different audiologist but wasn't satisfied with the impressions. They didn't even take the time to review the impression instructions provided by the company I was ordering from. Thankfully, my experience at HearUSA was the complete opposite. Had my hearing aids from HearUSA for about a year. Technical issue in right Hearing aid appeared. Called and set next day appointment. The tech, Ben, repaired it quickly, easy-peasy. I'm very satisfied.
I had a great experience. My left hearing aid not working. They changed the receiver and cleaned my charger. Very excellent service!
Great customer service. Their objective seemed to be making sure the usability of my hearing aids.
Ben was very prompt and very courteous d listened to my disappointment in the hearing aids. I cannot distinguish words on the television or in groups of people. It's a lot of money for just one on one . Your ads promise much more
