The guy that took my test and gave me my hearing aids is a great employee. The person who made my appointment did a great job. The hearing aids I received are a big improvement from the old ones.
Positive experience at this location. Office was well organized and bright. The receptionist greeted me promptly and the fitter David Jenkins clearly explained my coverage and options. The fitting process was efficient and I’m very happy with the final product.
My recent experience at Hear USA in Torrance was excellent. They took extra time to make sure I understood everything re: my hearing test and needs. They explored all options available. These people definitely know what they’re doing and do an excellent job fitting the device and doing any necessary training of new featured.
Worst in 40 years Did not offer demo or Model number. Felt like a total scam Takes up To a month to get them. Wanted $250 for chargeable aids Definitely predatory tactics feeling Person at office made me uncomfortable. No wander Costco is the best
