Positive experience at this location. Office was well organized and bright. The receptionist greeted me promptly and the fitter David Jenkins clearly explained my coverage and options. The fitting process was efficient and I’m very happy with the final product.
This was one of the best appointments I have ever experienced, everyone was so professional and courteous. Very prompt as well.
The guy that took my test and gave me my hearing aids is a great employee. The person who made my appointment did a great job. The hearing aids I received are a big improvement from the old ones.
The technician was knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions courteously. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. All my issues were resolved in a satisfactory manner.
These people definitely know what they’re doing and do an excellent job fitting the device and doing any necessary training of new featured.
