Positive experience at this location. Office was well organized and bright. The receptionist greeted me promptly and the fitter David Jenkins clearly explained my coverage and options. The fitting process was efficient and I’m very happy with the final product.

I texted HearUSA with hearing aid problem and they got right back to me. They looked up the info on my hearing aids and found they were still under warranty and had me drop them off so they could send in for the repair. Should have them back in a week or so. Works for me.
