Office in PCH was very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He did all he could to address the problem I was having with the fitting into my “tiny canal” but I continually had problems adjusting. I could not adjust to the technical adjustments on my phone or doing adjustments manually. That is the reason I am returning the hearing aids.
Positive experience at this location. Office was well organized and bright. The receptionist greeted me promptly and the fitter David Jenkins clearly explained my coverage and options. The fitting process was efficient and I’m very happy with the final product.
