I have had, and continue to have a wonderful experience at HearUSA Frost Street. Dr. Ogawa and Anna are exceptional people and made me feel welcome and cared about. I recommend HearUSA to everyone!!!

Ana was very helpful getting us in quickly, answer questions. Dr Ogawa was amazing. She explained everything, took us earlier than our Pt time and answered all our questions.

First of all, Sandra was excellent. Couldn't be more pleased with her friendly but very professional attitude. Even though the hearing aids didn't really help me in a noisy type atmosphere. Sandra did offer other aides, but I declined them for now. Maybe at a later date.

Sandra and her receptionist are both very kind. However, I attempted to get custom sleep plugs made and after four attempts they are still not what I wanted or needed. I don't understand how - after taking multiple impressions of my ears, they could still be wrong, but they are.

I was referred by Kaiser to HearUSA for a hearing aid consultation. The staff are easy to work with, and answered my questions. As an ex hearing aid user many years ago, i know I had to keep my mind open to options. It’s impressive how technology has improved since then. I’m waiting to get the hearing aid fitted, but confident the level of quality of service will be consistent regardless of if product I receive will meet my needs.
