First of all, Sandra was excellent. Couldn't be more pleased with her friendly but very professional attitude. Even though the hearing aids didn't really help me in a noisy type atmosphere. Sandra did offer other aides, but I declined them for now. Maybe at a later date.
I received excellent care. The staff was very caring and attentive to my needs. I choice hearing aids with Bluetooth since I had a new phone I did not know how to navigate my phone and left without my hearing aids connected to my phone. i was given a 800 number to call and connect my hearing aids. So far my son was not able to connect the hearing aids. I am sure that staff would serve the needs of the customer if properly train in the different phones.
Sandra and Anna at Hear USA on Frost St. are very special. Their kindness, efficiency, and problem solving skills managing my Signa hearing aids is very much appreciated. Not only do they provide great customer service but they truly care on a personal level.Thank you, Sandra and Anna.
I was referred by Kaiser to HearUSA for a hearing aid consultation. The staff are easy to work with, and answered my questions. As an ex hearing aid user many years ago, i know I had to keep my mind open to options. It’s impressive how technology has improved since then. I’m waiting to get the hearing aid fitted, but confident the level of quality of service will be consistent regardless of if product I receive will meet my needs.
