I received excellent care. The staff was very caring and attentive to my needs. I choice hearing aids with Bluetooth since I had a new phone I did not know how to navigate my phone and left without my hearing aids connected to my phone. i was given a 800 number to call and connect my hearing aids. So far my son was not able to connect the hearing aids. I am sure that staff would serve the needs of the customer if properly train in the different phones.
I was referred by Kaiser to HearUSA for a hearing aid consultation. The staff are easy to work with, and answered my questions. As an ex hearing aid user many years ago, i know I had to keep my mind open to options. It’s impressive how technology has improved since then. I’m waiting to get the hearing aid fitted, but confident the level of quality of service will be consistent regardless of if product I receive will meet my needs. Very professional and friendly. The doctor explained everything in detail about the hearing aides and worked with me to find a comfortable level for maximum hearing
I was not ompressed with the thoroughness of the exam and felt like the place was a scam. They only offered one model od hearing aid and i could not try it. Their cost proposal was also stupid and the charger included was minimal. Not enticing.
