First of all, Sandra was excellent. Couldn't be more pleased with her friendly but very professional attitude. Even though the hearing aids didn't really help me in a noisy type atmosphere. Sandra did offer other aides, but I declined them for now. Maybe at a later date.
I work with Anna and sandra for a very long time. They are very kind understanding and give you has much help as a person needs they are warm competing and very understanding that tou both for all you both have done to give me back my hearing sandals you and Anna are the best Gary Silvett

Ana was very helpful getting us in quickly, answer questions. Dr Ogawa was amazing. She explained everything, took us earlier than our Pt time and answered all our questions.
