The Bakersfield Office was of great help. I bought hearing aids at a different Hear USA and I was not happy with them. They were not programed correctly and served zero purpose. I could not get any support. I reached out to Bakersfield office and they made sereral adjustments. Now i have hearing aids that actually aid my hearing. Shout out to Hermine as she was truly awesome and did everything she could to help me. I also found her to be very informative as well.
I was very pleased with the new person at the Bakersfield location. She was very nice and very thorough in her testing. I did get new hearing aids from her and like them very much. I just went back for a follow up and everything is working great. I pray how nice she is, how thorough she is and how professional she is.
I was very pleased with the service Hermine gave me. We played phone tag for a bit but it was worth the wait especially since Hermine does the work all by herself. She was courteous and know what she was doing. I would recommend HearUSA anytime. The other people waiting for service also loved Hermine and were very patient since she was extremely busy.
I took my 86 year old mother for an appointment to get her hearing aids adjusted and cleaned. The appt was for 8:30 am. The door was locked so I knocked on the door after a few minutes the receptionist came and unlocked the door and telling me that I was breaking the door down. So I said sorry but my mom's appointment was at 830am and she does not need to be standing outside for long periods. She was rude and very disrespectful.
