My visit was a pleasant one, the process went well and explained as she went. I left with a postive experience and happy exam to getting my hearing aides. I recommend anyone in need of hearing aides to visit this office .

I have mixed emotions about my experience here. I would like to state the service provided by MS. Tamekia was Fantastic, the best care I've gotten since having to use hearing aids. Unfortunately the reason for this post is due to the front desk personal, Ms Suzie Morron. After getting my hearing aids, I was told to go to the front desk to sign paperwork and set up a 2 week out follow up appointment.
