Walk in on urgent needs. The receptionists was very helpful. We were able to have the technician see us without an appointment. Thank you, We appreciate your assistance.
My visit was a pleasant one, the process went well and explained as she went. I left with a postive experience and happy exam to getting my hearing aides. I recommend anyone in need of hearing aides to visit this office .
I was very happy with this location because I been trying for months to make appointment for my hearing adjustment and unfortunately no one had openings available so I called another place and they met my niece due to my work schedule .
Ms. Tamekia is a very professional knowledgeable person. She patiently assisted me for my first hearing aid., even though I’m not so confident about technology. 5/5 stars from me.
It had been such a blessing to have finally found an office that has been so dedicated to assisting my elderly mom with being able to hear again. The staff has been key to making sure that her quality of life has improved 150%. For months We struggled with finding an office that would take her insurance and not give us the runaround.
