Sheila the audiologist is absolutely top notch. She is so knowledgeable and knows exactly how to deal with patients that often times don’t think that they need any aid! She is one in a million and if you know someone who is hard of hearing, she is who you want to see! Verna at the front desk is very efficient and courteous. She gets the job done.
Grace at the front desk is very helpful in scheduling and assisting with some hearing aid tasks. Sheila the Audiologist is skilled and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She is a good trouble-shooter when problems arise. I am glad Hear USA is in my corner!
