Sheila the audiologist is absolutely top notch. She is so knowledgeable and knows exactly how to deal with patients that often times don’t think that they need any aid! She is one in a million and if you know someone who is hard of hearing, she is who you want to see! Verna at the front desk is very efficient and courteous. She gets the job done.
It was easy to get an appt. The testing was the best I’ve ever had. Sheila was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in picking out which hearing aids best met my needs.
The audiologist was warm, friendly, explained everything clearly, addressed all of our questions, took a great deal of time to make sure we knew how to put on and insert the aids and seemed ready to support us if and when we purchased them. Her careful testing of my hearing and detailed explanation of my hearing loss motivated me to purchase hearing aids.
