Sheila the audiologist is absolutely top notch. She is so knowledgeable and knows exactly how to deal with patients that often times don’t think that they need any aid! She is one in a million and if you know someone who is hard of hearing, she is who you want to see!
Grace at the front desk is very helpful in scheduling and assisting with some hearing aid tasks. Sheila the Audiologist is skilled and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She is a good trouble-shooter when problems arise. I am glad Hear USA is in my corner!
My husband and I have been using Kelly for our hearing aid needs for many years having purchased our aids from her in 2020. We decided to see her for a check up last week and told her how happy we still are with the hearing aids we purchased from her and had no problems.
