Very happy with the technician he was knowledgeable, helpful and cordial. Had a couple of issues with one hearing aid and he took care of them immediately. Also reset my connection to that same hearing aid to my phone. So I feel he went above and beyond.
I got my new Phonak hearing aids from Hear USA on 11/24/25. Mr. Verik was very helpful, professional and thorough. He helped us go thru the app and the hearing aids. He went over the warranty information, the charger and many other important functions. I highly recommend you go to Mr. Verik for your hearing aid needs. Excellent Service! I went to this store with my dad because his hearing aids suddenly stopped working. Even without an appointment, Geza welcomed us kindly and provided all the information we needed.
