The HearUSA suite was surprisingly well equipped and supplied. The office was small, but more than adequate to do audiology testing. After explaining the test results, the audiologist answered questions I had about my hearing loss, the situations that concerned me most, and the type of hearing devices that would work best for me me. We set up an app to assist with adjusting the device and managing it's performance in different venues.
I got to meet Geza. He is very knowledgeable about hearing. Took a hearing exam and was fitted for hearing aids. He also help setup my phone with the app. Made an appointment to go back in two weeks to learn more about them.
The hearing aids themselves have been fantastic and helped me immensely. But having the customer service only a few miles from my house and available whenever I have questions or need assistance has been invaluable. So thankful for Gaza , their customer service follow up and instructions, and this whole experience!
Aids we're difficult to insert and use; did not seem to work well. Representative was unhelpful, did not listen to me. Told me I read lips and lacked dexterity, neither of which was true. When I wished him good luck, he responded he did not need it b/c he had lots of business. Thanks for the refund, but it was really a bad experience.
Geza was great! Very helpful and knowledgeable. The office was very small and without fluff. Obviously a work station. But the experience was quick, to the point and productive.
