The hearing aids themselves have been fantastic and helped me immensely. But having the customer service only a few miles from my house and available whenever I have questions or need assistance has been invaluable. So thankful for Gaza , their customer service follow up and instructions, and this whole experience!
Very happy with the technician he was knowledgeable, helpful and cordial. Had a couple of issues with one hearing aid and he took care of them immediately. Also reset my connection to that same hearing aid to my phone. So I feel he went above and beyond.
Excellent Service! I went to this store with my dad because his hearing aids suddenly stopped working. Even without an appointment, Geza welcomed us kindly and provided all the information we needed. He repaired the device quickly and professionally. We were very impressed with the service and care. Highly recommend!
Geza was great! Very helpful and knowledgeable. The office was very small and without fluff. Obviously a work station. But the experience was quick, to the point and productive.
