I got my new Phonak hearing aids from Hear USA on 11/24/25. Mr. Verik was very helpful, professional and thorough. He helped us go thru the app and the hearing aids. He went over the warranty information, the charger and many other important functions. I highly recommend you go to Mr. Verik for your hearing aid needs. Excellent Service! I went to this store with my dad because his hearing aids suddenly stopped working. Even without an appointment, Geza welcomed us kindly and provided all the information we needed. He repaired the device quickly and professionally. We were very impressed with the service and care. Highly recommend!

My mom's older out of warranty hearing aid was not functional, and I was told I needed to take it to HearUSA. She had purchased it in another state, and they were the local dealer for the brand. They were very friendly, and were able to get it working again. I would not hesitate to use them in the future for hearing aid needs. Thank you for your excellent service!
This was my first appointment at Hear USA. Mr. Verik was friendly and helpful. I originally made the appointment to discuss an issue with filters. But the week before the left hearing aid stopped working and it was fixed within minutes. It was a good appointment.
