I have had such a great time working with Lifestance and I especially enjoy my provider, Heather. The staff are friendly and helpful, they also have an in house pharmacy if it helps sway your decision! Absolutely give them a try if you are in need of services.
The providers are fantastic, the service is wonderful. We liked this group much better when it was under Midwest than now under Lifestance. Billing is horrendous, this is no fault of the providers but the upper company itself. Absolutely love the providers. There were hardly ever any problems when under Midwest. It’s been a nightmare under Lifestance when it comes to billing insurance correctly and not sending a $30,000.00 bill to a patient, which was all an insurance pay. This is why three stars. This place is wonderful..front staff is wonderful.amd meet your needs.very pleasant..the therapist generally care about your needs and listen to you and put you first..I would highly recommend them if you need help talking to anyone or just need help
