Heather is amazing! When I was looking for a therapist, I went through so many profiles trying to figure out who would be the right fit. After reading hers, I knew I wanted to give her a try. From my very first appointment, she made me feel welcomed and completely at ease. She truly listens, understands what you’re saying, and creates a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I’m so glad I found her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate, understanding therapist.
Booking was easy. The staff is very friendly. Heather is very open, laid back, and understanding. From the start she makes sure your comfort is her number 1 priority.
I absolutely adore my psychiatrist and therapist from LifeStance. They helped me manage my ADHD symptoms.
