Updated..Now I have been living here at the Cove 18 months and I have to say this is the friendliest community I have ever lived in, so far! Almost everyone waves whether in a car or walking. In my case, being in an electric scooter, so many neighbors (and sometimes their families} help me with trash removal. The Management has stayed stable, Juleen, Fabiola and David are great and supportive. My neighbors are very friendly too. Pets treated by most dog owners. I haven't moved in yet I'm still in Nevada, be there this month. So far, the leasing staff have been exemplary 5 stars go to Assistant Manager Fabiola Serrano who is so patient, helpful and kind to me and to Manager Jolene Shannon for also being nice and patient. When I move in I will do another post..
