I used Dr. Jaffe for about 2 years. Just this week SHE GAVE a staff member PERMISSION to enter my telehealth appointment to argue over a billing matter she then logged off leaving me alone with someone who didn’t identify themselves what so ever. I already had a case with the company’s billing department after THEY billed me incorrectly. She then ignored my request for MY medical records after I requested them.
