Doctor Jaffe is outstanding. I have been seeing her for almost 4 years and every visit is an absolute pleasure. She’s one of the few psychiatrists over the last 26 years of being in treatment that is listen to me carefully and kindly and offered wise counsel in every way. I have been going to Dr. Jaffe since I was very young (approximately since I was around 15-16 years old). She is one of the very few physicians that truly cares about her patients. She is not there solely to prescribe medications to her patients. She truly cares about what is going in someone's life and alters her treatment plan accordingly. VIOLATED MY CONTRACT WITH HER. I used Dr. Jaffe for about 2 years. Just the other week SHE GAVE a staff member PERMISSION to enter my telehealth appointment to argue over a billing matter she then logged off leaving me alone with someone who didn’t identify themselves what so ever. I already had a case with the company’s billing department after THEY billed me incorrectly. Dr. Jaffe has been such a major influence in me improving my mental health. She listens to my concerns, answers my questions, and does her best to understand my needs based on my lifestyle/culture. She does have a limited availability (that comes with being awesome and sought after) but she’s very responsive to emails/messages. 10/10 highly recommend.
