Located in Midland, easy to find, parking on premises. Welcoming and efficient front office staff, no protracted wait for appointment time. Ian is a great dentist with a very calming manner. I felt quite relaxed and found the dental work as gentle as it could be, with Ian always explaining anything he did and making me feel as at ease as one can in the dental chair. Would definitely recommend. 👍
I’ve been going here for years now and I’ve always had a great experience. The whole team in each of their roles are so kind, thoughtful and hard working. I’m also always surprised how much they remember about what I’ve told them before - which again shows their dedication to helping their clients feel comfortable and cared for. Absolutely wonderful staff all round, the entire team are amazing people who genuinely care for you and your comfort and ensuring that each visit is a pleasant experience. I have experienced such great care from Ian and Helen !! The procedures have always been pain free, and the follow ups are genuine and thoughtful. After an extraction was sent home with a goodie bag of pain relief, gauze , instructions and a tin of soup!! That’s going above and beyond in my opinion Thanks Ian and Helen !!!
