All of the staff are smiling , warm and welcoming. I cannot think of a better community for my mom. Everyone made us feel like family. I want to extend a Thank You to Shawn he is so wonderful and personable he is very kind and helpfull in so many ways.
Shawn shows genuine compassion in every interaction—always greeting residents with a smile, responding promptly to their needs, and treating them like family. I’ve personally seen him take extra time with my loved one, making sure they were comfortable and emotionally supported.
Parents have been very well taken care of, especially considering COVID conditions. They are looking forward to the installation of the new Stone Gardens kitchen and improvements in the dining options. Update: Ownership has changed and not for the better. Food quality has deteriorated markedly and many excellent staff have left. Medical care is suffering as staff is thinning overnight. Tragic. My dad has passed but my mom is still there and trying to hang on.
We had a truly positive experience at Stone Gardens for the care of my Mom. The staff is kind and loving and cared for my mom like she was one of their own. The care increased as she lost the ability to care for herself independently. The staff at Stone Gardens have warm hearts and kind souls. The nurse practitioners, front desk staff, nurses, aids, housekeepers, meal staff, and maintenance were all truly kind and respectful to my mom and us. Our family's experience at Stone Gardens over the past 8 months has been quite positive. Everyone from the administrative staff/front desk, nursing department, caregiving support, nutritionist and the maintenance team helped our mother and family during this time of transition.
