Brought my husband here after a 9 day stay in the hospital. It's just 2 days so far and already he was given so much attention he already looks healthier. He was given a hair cut, looks content and was very talkative about the positives and friendly people.

As a hospice nurse, I am frequently making visits at this facility. The facility is always nicely kept with no foul odors. Refreshments are always available in common area. Staff are friendly and helpful. Activities for residents are taking place often. Management is very attentive and collaborative. They offer LTC, memory care and rehab to home therapies.

From my first day at Heritage House to today when I get to go home I have had a great experience. From the Administrator down everyone has been attentive and very presentable. The staff works together and are all willing to help each other and the residents. Rehab has been very attentive and kept us "on our toes" making therapy fun and keeping up with the news. Our NP took the time to listen and help in any way she could. Praise all of the workers at Heritage House!!!!!

Heritage House is an amazing nursing home. It is clean. The staff truly tries to go above and beyond for their residents. They are always trying to be proactive and prevent future illnesses, and issues. I have had several loved ones in this facility over the years and have always been extremely happy with the care that they have received. Quality of life and treating the residents with dignity and respect has always been a feature that I have always admired about this facility.

The staff is very helpful during a stressful time in a person's life. My mom has stayed at Heritage a few times for rehab after a hospital stay and she always comes out in better shape than when she went in. I don't like to call and pester people while they try to go about their job, but every time I call with a question, I get an answer in a timely manner. The past year and a half has been hard on people in this industry and they deserve a little praise now and then.
