No air conditioning, the apartment smells horrible. Light fixture been broken for about 3 years.. the security doors suck and they don’t shovel their snow

Very nice building, the management who owns it is not. Don't care about your life or how hard you work. Being the only maintenance at this property left me with alot of stress, a manager who doesn't have the experience to run a property correctly without putting pride to aside. Year's, I have dedicated myself to this building only to get mistreated and abused by this company and management. The trsh has to be taken out to the dumpster every morning via residents elevator that cause funky smell gants galore it is an on going issue for quite some time they have an uptodate trash chute that they don't use for whatever reson they won't fit It would be a 5 star if the little things would be fix in time before it becomes a huge issue. Among other this that they haven't fix thats been broken for years.

This building has really gone downhill. They don’t take care to the units, elevators are always down. They don’t clean the carpets management changes frequently. I do not recommend.

This place is horrible bed bugs are everywhere the mail boxes are broken and open to anybody. They get money from the state the news channels need to come over there like yesterday.
