My girlfriend officially moved out of Heron Corp Apartments on 04/10, and as of today 05/22, they have not only not mailed her the check for the overpayment (a massive mistake their leasing office made) and deposit. They’re not even returning calls and emails with proper expectations or next steps. As you can imagine, We’re very frustrated with this process. We have done everything they’ve asked and been extremely patient. Terrible and sketchy

If you can find another place do it. Was doing 6 month leases for 2 years, every new lease raised rent 5% but this last one raised it 28%. If you like AC this is not the place for you. Understandably they turn off AC in winter, however when I called today I was told the AC isn't meant to run below 50 and it gets below 50 at night and it has to stay that way for 7 days. Currently I have my fan taped in my open window, its still 20 degrees hotter then outside and if I run my dishwasher or do laundry that adds 5-10 degrees. W... read more

I am a caregiver for a client that resides here and I have been to the office to complain about the noise above her nothing gets done I've called corporate nothing gets done I would not encourage anybody to live here because this is pathetic where's the consideration for others a child running continuously up until 12::45am and nothing is being done. Wow
