Dr. Ashley, Jen, and the team were amazing—caring, professional, and so welcoming. They even fit me in last-minute for my molar issue and made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend this outstanding clinic!
The dentists at this office are genuinely great — skilled, kind, and thorough. I’ve always had positive experiences during my actual appointments and felt well cared for once I was in the chair. However, the front desk experience when dealing with urgent situations is extremely frustrating. When I called with significant mouth pain and explained that I needed to be seen as soon as possible, I was told the next available appointment was two weeks away. The staff were professional, courteous, and welcoming from start to finish. The dentist and team took the time to explain the procedure clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I never felt rushed, and they spent quality time addressing my concerns. Overall, excellent service and a well-managed clinic. I would highly recommend them.
