So very disappointed today to see the slip of standards in this veterinary clinic since Peter Lyons and Peter Noble’s departure. Our family has been utilising Herriot House since they opened. Their professionalism has always been above and beyond. Today I attended the clinic with my very aged Labrador for his annual check up. The consult room we were shown to was downright filthy. Something has changed here. It seems to be about money now. Years ago the vets seemed genuine and not trying to find ways to add on the $.
