Excellent service excellent dr Greenberg I am delighted with the service provided. The staff was very attentive, and Dr. Greenberg was very kind, caring, and professional; he explained everything in great detail and advised me on the condition of my shoulder, and he spoke little Spanish. My experience with this office has been extremely disappointing. The wait times are unreasonable. Completing the paperwork took about an hour, and after that I waited another 3–4 hours just to be seen by the PA. That kind of delay shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. I’ve been dealing with a hand injury since April 25. I was seen at this office in mid-May, and I still have not received a diagnosis or a referral.
