I found the staff very nice and thorough, especially Melissa the nurse practitioner. I was not happy with realizing the dr wasnt there and I now had to go to Eatontown to see him. That is a waste of my time. However, I was very shocked to see there were 2 trash cans in the exam room both overflowing, with garbage all over the floor around them and no one picking it up. Not what a Dr office should have. And...no sign for Hess outside the building!! I cant read Hebrew. Needs to be in English too, please.
