Although they weren't able to see me because they don't accept my insurance, their office was incredibly helpful. After requesting an appointment online, they quickly called me back, checked my insurance, and referred me to several offices that would accept my plan. They were kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. I really appreciated them taking the time to point me in the right direction!
Lauren is fantastic. She's been the most thorough practitioner of all those I've seen throughout my journey back to health after a car accident. I'd highly recommend her as she's attentive, she listens and thinks about your case even when you're not in the office. She comes to each visit with suggestions and solutions. Again,I highly recommend Hess because of Lauren. Laurie at the front desk is very personable as well.
Everyone in this office is amazing from the time you walk in the door. I've had all my questions answered at every visit and any paperwork I've needed, I've received expeditiously. Lauren is amazing and very thorough as well! They truly genuinely care about their patients🩷
I live 54 min away Payed 200$ for a consultation and I was told they can do a trigger shot or cortisone injection. Well then come appointment told no they don’t but if she did do cortisone shot it’s only one area and may not help. They told me they’d send steroids to pharmacy. I called when I reached my pharmacy back home and told them I was at pharmacy they said they let doctor know. Never sent meds in. I was highly upset
I’m a self pay patient and I was told that the initial consultation is $350! Listen, I’m all for the doc getting paid… but a 5-10 min consultation for him to send a scrip for a back MRI costing $350 is a bit nuts! Seems a little shady…
