I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and overall communication at this office. I assist my father, who has limited English proficiency, with scheduling appointments and managing his care. On March 3rd, I scheduled an initial consultation at the Union office due to his knee issue, which significantly limited his ability to extend his leg and walk comfortably. During that visit, he was simply prescribed Meloxicam and instructed to return a month later (April 9th) to the Jersey City office for an MRI. Because... read more

The PSR were very nice. Only waited like 8 minutes before I was called to the back. M.A was very nice and friendly as well.The doctor was wonderful. Great visit

Excellent doctors who treat the actual problem you are suffering from—and my doctor, Melissa Guerrero, is truly the best. I walked in with pain and walked out pain-free. Plus, she speaks both English and Spanish. 100% recommended.
