Professional, warm and responsive care. Efficient from scheduling to sending prep materials to instructions and reminders to day of check in and preop and anesthesia. Doctor Karsan is a cool cat and that put me at ease. May be unusual to say but was a great experience, and got me up to date on checking up on my health. Well done everyone.
