I couldn’t be happier with the crew at HH Accurate Arborists! From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, and everyone I worked with was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. They kept me informed every step of the way, did a thorough cleanup (it was like they were never even there) and even brought my garbage cans up to the garage! That kind of service really stands out. I highly recommend HH Accurate Arborists! You won’t be disappointed.
Jim was great !! He was thorough when he looked at my trees, shared knowledge and explained what he would do and then did what he said he would do. He left no mess, I totally enjoyed him and was pleased with the results.
Both the tree removal and the stump grinding crews were knowledgeable, efficient and personable. They cleaned up well. First class job!
I wish I could give them a good rating. I am giving them 2 stars because they did a good job removing a tree. Where the problem lies is trimming a tree from my utility lines. They must have had a beginner because within 3 months the tree was all mixed in the lines again. Any experienced arborist would know to trim such that new growth does not grow back where you removed it from. Their solution was to come back and give me another proposal and pay more money. Took down 2 fairly large mulberry trees. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up completely. Fair price and professional crew.
