I was very disappointed with the quality of work and care taken for our property. When I met with the sales rep, he indicated the stump grinding would go below the grade of the land so drainage would flow away from the house, and that the company would lay boards to protect my lawn from damage by the heavy machinery (the latter I received in writing). I have to split my review up into two categories, the actual crew that came out, and the office scheduling. The crew was great, the office scheduling and communication was terrible. The stump was on my Dad's place and he has some dementia. I felt that someone needed to be there during the grinding because he gets confused by commotion or when things are out of the ordinary. I have used H&H arborists for some years now. They are very professional and do an outstanding job. They have taken care of my large elm trees with emerald ash borer treatment and also pruning. I highly recommend them. I think they will be cabling my elm tree soon as there is a large crack in it.

I couldn’t be happier with the crew at HH Accurate Arborists! From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, and everyone I worked with was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. They kept me informed every step of the way, did a thorough cleanup (it was like they were never even there) and even brought my garbage cans up to the garage! That kind of service really stands out. I highly recommend HH Accurate Arborists! You won’t be disappointed.

Accurate just did a subpar job for us. When pruning our front maple, they trimmed off some limbs, but they didn’t thin it out or cut off any of the leaflets growing from the branches. They did not put down grass protection, so the machines ended up killing the grass along the side of our yard. When they went into the backyard to cut your limbs off of our neighbors tree, my husband directed them to go around to his yard because we had permission and sent them a picture of the neighbor’s agreement.
