Nick, Bemis, Abraham, Jordan were so great! I watched all day in awe. Hard and dangerous work done so professionally… attending to detail and with joy! Thorough clean up job as well. Wow. This crew deserves a nice bonus or a big raise. You don’t want to loose them!!! Thanks soooo much🥰

I cannot say enough good things about HH Arborists and their employee, Santiago. My property was to be the site of a wood chip dump. Unfortunately, the recent heavy rains caused HH's truck to get stuck in a low spot on my rural property. I was home when it happened. It was an ordeal for the driver (and the backup crew he ultimately called in) to get the truck out, but the customer service I received in the midst of a not-ideal situation was unparalleled. I was very disappointed with the quality of work and care taken for our property. When I met with the sales rep, he indicated the stump grinding would go below the grade of the land so drainage would flow away from the house, and that the company would lay boards to protect my lawn from damage by the heavy machinery (the latter I received in writing). I’m INCREDIBLY disappointed in HH Accurate Arborists. While cutting down a neighbor's tree two houses away, HH employees decided they needed access to my property. HH walked all over my yard and patio, strung ropes through the yard, and even over my shed. Their actions set off my security system. HH Accurate never rang my doorbell or asked for permission. Hmmmm.....my signed proposal work started April 26,2025. Only 70% done citing the need for an electric line drop to finish it. I believe this should have been figured into the proposal and start date Then on the designated day, MGE refused to let the work proceed until their crews topped off the remaining trees. HH Accurate never arranged for that in spite of my repeated calls to them and to MGE over the next 4 months. HH Accurate NEVER, EVER returned any of my calls either.
