Hide-Away Storage is by far the best storage facility I've ever used, and I've used plenty of them! My belongings were stored for over five years and when I unpacked them they were clean and dry and not one thing was ruined! We needed storage pods to assist us with a local move. Hide-Away Storage was excellent! They were easy to schedule, flexible when our dates changed, brought us additional pods when we needed, and were always a pleasure to communicate with. We would definitely use them again.
What a fantastic company. The staff has been beyond helpful, professional and courteous. Much cheaper than Pods if you are in their area. I only have great things to say about everyone I've dealt with, Ron, Buck, Jim Adkins. We need more companies with a wonderful customer service and value like yours.
Hideaway was absolutely amazing. They made our move so much smoother than we expected it to be. The bins were brought to us on time and were delivered back to us on time. The gentlemen (Paul & Alex) that helped us unpack them were life savers for sure. We have bragged and bragged to others about our wonderful experience as well!! Thank you again!!!
Great coordination of delivery and pick up. Also recommended movers to load the pods for us. Great communication. We knew when they were coming and picking up well in advance and what was needed. Amazing how much these pods hold. Their recommendation of 5 pods was just right for our move. Will call one week before we need delivery of the furniture.
