Absolutely love the experience I had in finding a home with Stacy and her team! Beautiful home with management that cares about the tenants and a maintenance team that responds quickly to get good tenants in. I’m not sure if Stacy sleeps as she always responded quickly with any questions I had no matter what time but she goes above and beyond for her tenants! I’m glad I found a home here!
I lived here for almost 5 years and never had any issues. Neighbors are friendly! Office Manager is amazing and does what she can for her residents. It honestly is quiet and well kept. One of the nicer parks to live in Warsaw. They always do great with repairs, answering calls, and providing assistance to those who need it promptly. Works with residence efficiently. 🙂🙂
Great & very helpful management. Stacey & her crew go above & beyond to assist with in-homing & placement. She has worked countless hours to answer our questions as we move in & get adjusted. Stacey has ALL the answers OR will find a way to get the answers for you. Stacey is dedicated, available, kind, accomodating and appears to work round the clock!!! Went out here to check out the rentals. Good price and the one we saw was lovely. The lady in the office was awesome. No yards to speak of but if you don’t mind that then check it out if in the rental market and looking for a mobile home The park itself is very clean.
So far things get fixed when made aware of. Big downside: the company wants to tell you how to live in/on your property that you’re paying rent for. More specifically (and I’m sure it doesn’t stop here), just because they think something looks tacky, they won’t allow you to do it. Shutting down other people’s creativity. if it’s not messy, there’s no room for complaints. Now I know why the park looks n feels so dark n gloomy.
