Management and property The property was beautiful and clean. The property manager was really nice. He gave a very detailed tour of the place. Was willing to help and work with me any way possible. I would definitely recommend to live here!
New Management! There is new management for The Villa and they are updating all over the property. It looks great!
If there was anywhere else, I wouldn't live here. I moved in a few months ago and, in that time, my car has been hit in the parking lot (Neighbors said that I'm not the first person this has happened to, but I did get lucky - at least MY car wasn't totaled - management said sorry, and no they don't have cameras), my air conditioning has been leaking all over my bathroom floor, and the "repair" was to screw some plastic to the ceiling.
