Great customer service, checking in to make sure the right machine was being delivered and then having it on site within 30 minutes. The machine itself worked well and was pretty quiet. Delivery and pickup was super easy.
Great company!! The hospital recommended I get an oxygen machine. I went with HCO and the experience was a pleasant one. All done via website links, straight forward, no BS and when it was time to recover the equipment, you just set it outside and they pick it up. The equipment worked as it should and I used it for extended periods of time over 3 days. No issues!!
Much needed after arriving in CO. The Vail hospital had the machines handy & High County made it easy to register the unit. It was also convenient to just drop the unit at the front desk of my hotel for them to pick it up. And most importantly, it kept my oxygen levels normal for the duration of my stay.
