Great service! We received a concentrator at an emergency room visit after my husband experienced altitude sickness during our visit to Colorado. I was a bit confused so I called customer service the next day and the service was explained to me about billing and their service. Clear explanations, and easy to set up everything on my phone. When we checked out of our rental house, we just left the concentrator on the porch and it was picked up. Very convenient!

Great company to deal with. I was researching the web for an oxygen concentrator but my wife and I try to always support local companies. I saw that High Country was in Breckenridge and called them. Jonathan was wonderful to work with and in no time I found the concentrator and accessories that I had decided on. it was delivered to the house that afternoon. Very nice experience!

Friendly service with quick responses via phone and text. They delivered and picked up an oxygen concentrator conveniently at the front desk of our rental condo. Unit worked perfectly to overcome elevation hypoxia. I would have given 5 stars if they provided instructions (had to watch YouTube) and were more upfront transparent with rental pricing. Would use them again without hesitation.

Our entire family was dealing with Altitude Sickness in Breckenridge and this company was exceptional to work with. They delivered portable oxygen promptly, offered exceptional customer service, and excellent communication. I definitely recommend them to anyone that needs oxygen services!

They got my needed oxygen to the ER quickly and then when we decided to leave for home about 5 hours later they went to our rental in Keystone and picked it up. And gave us a partial refund. Great service and very polite and positive on the phone.
