Wonderful experience! Very quick & kind service! Waited almost a week for another company without any results whatsoever. Meanwhile, since I really needed to be on oxygen 24/7, Dr’s office called High Country & I had the oxygen I needed in a couple of hours! First company asked for pictures of front & back of supplemental insurance 2-3 days after oxygen delivered by High Country, a week after other company contacted.
Was super paranoid about coming to Breck from sea level. Our trip was only 4 days and we didn’t want to spoil the first few days feeling rough. Made a reservation with these guys and it was super straight forward. It was waiting at our door on arrival and we just left it outside our door when we left. Fortunately we didn’t really need it but it was nice have just for recharging at the end of the day. 10/10 recommended.
I had called several places prior to calling High Country with no luck. Ms Nicki was very helpful and came up with a solution to my problem in short time. Later when I went to their office to pick up my equipment, I found that all employees were also very helpful. Call this place first!

My experience with High Country Oxygen was extremely disappointing. A customer service employee who assisted me was disrespectful, rude, and treated me in a way that I believe was discriminatory instead of providing professional, compassionate service. I felt bullied and humiliated during my interaction. No customer should be made to feel that way, especially when seeking assistance. This experience reflects poorly on your company and because of how I was treated I hope I never have to use your service again.
