Working with Steve was so easy and his personality is perfect for the job.He explained about promotions , insurance, locks and availability. I did register on line and forgot to add promotion code. He called it to my attention and promised to work with management to help me get the promotion. The unit was clean and move in ready. I feel very confident using the facility!😊
Steve is amazing. Where did you get this guy? I left other storage facilities because of ridiculous rent increases and also unfriendly staff that wouldn’t help you with the simplest request. Steve is the opposite. He is ready to help at anytime and can always be found in the office or cleaning around the property. Lately you’ll catch him with a shovel in hand making winter move-ins easy like summer! If he ever leaves…. Most of the tenants likely will too… he has a large following of fans!
Very helpful, informative, made sure I know everything about the unit I’m renting, and how to get in and out of the gate. Also explain the contract for renting and also let me know if I had any more questions feel free to call him and ask. Over all a great guy, friendly and knows and explained everything I need to know. I got myself a 5x10 and ended up having more space than I thought I would need! Quite possibly the best choice for a storage unit! Amazing summer deal going on that I just couldnt help but snag up! Easy to find, VERY SAFE location, and so many options for storage! I cannot remember the gentleman on the phone who helped me once I rented my unit (all done online might I add! Super easy to do in just a couple steps!) and he was very kind, informative and patient with me! So happy that I decided to go here for my storage needs!!
