Very professionals. Good treatment and honest in my opinion. I have a 2025 Mercedes Benz GLC-300. Very happy either way the car, but dissatisfied with the audio and stereo system. I am very happy with the sub-woofer and 4 new speakers. The music sounds fantastic. Very satisfied with the High Grade Store. I recommend it to anyone that needs an upgrade in your car stereo audio system.
