Timely, fair, and efficient. My AC went out on Monday, Angel, the tech was dispatched, and he arrived to our home exactly when he said he would. My unit was 22 years old and he worked to get it up and running with cost effective measures, which it did for a day, but ultimately it couldn't stand this heat and was forced into retirement. These guys take their work seriously. I reached out to get a whole home dehumidifier installed. There were a few hiccups with the install but they stuck it out to make it right. Highly recommended.
After loosing cooling capacity on our downstairs AC unit, in Houston, in June, we called Sunday morning and they had us back in the cool by mid-afternoon. They added a complete new upstairs system for us in 2020, and we use them for our bi-annual HVAC maintenance. Knowledgeable, professional, personable. We look forward to continuing our relationship for years to come.
Donavon was on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. He got me a new blower motor and installed it quickly and pleasantly. I would recommend him highly.
