Increase bill without prior notification plus hidden costs – I don't know why Dental offices do this. I go in for a cleaning am quoted 11$ after insurance, but the cleaning was charged 108$. In the process of the cleaning, the dental technician spoke some medical terms about level 3-5 progression, which I didn't know at the time ended up being 25$ extra - this without them even telling me prior to doing the procedure. Great office – I had a horrible toothache on Christmas eve and I called about every dentist office in Elgin. I finally called this office and they were about to close and they offered to stay open just to treat me. I thought this was great customer service.The procedure was quick, easy and pain free. The doctor who treated me even called me on Christmas day to make sure I was ok. I definitely will return them in the future and refer friends and family.
