High Point Dentistry is a really good practice. As a patient, what I see when I go there, is a group of hard working capable and smart people. They are all super friendly and to a patient like me, who is a 73 year old big baby when it comes to going to the dentist..that means a lot. Recently l had to have a crown put on one of my teeth. I have had a very positive experience at this dental practice. Their service has been exceptional, and the reception staff has consistently been friendly and efficient, minimizing wait times. The hygienists are also fantastic, providing thorough demonstrations and explanations during procedures. Had a great experience after I was referred. Nicest staff, did not wait very long to be seen, and was out of there quickly with a plan. Appointment dates can be a little far out but worth it for a good location.
Everyone is so great! From the front desk, my hygienist and the assistants ! Absolutely amazing customer service! You have to ask for the amenities menu! It’s so sweet that they have that! Everyone walks around with a smile on their faces!
I switched to High Point Dentistry since my previous dentist is retiring. I read a lot of good reviews online before I chose this place. I am very happy with the care that I have gotten so far. Dr. Patel is wonderful, really gentle and very reassuring. The place is clean and welcoming. It is also less than 10 minutes from my house. The staff are awesome. Always smiling and friendly. I highly recommend this place.
