I had an 8-12 appointment and expected to wait all day. I received a text notification that my tech was on his way at 7:50. My tech arrived before 9. I was not happy spending the money, but I am happy that it’s fixed. Jacob reassured me that my repair includes a warranty and that it should hold up for 20+ years. He also explained pricing and options. He was fast, thorough and informative. 10/10
Jacob did a great job fixing our appliances quickly and efficiently! He didn’t have a part on hand for one of them to make it perfect, but he ensured that they were all operable and wouldn’t cause any problems until he could come back with that piece, very pleased!
