We had a great experience with High Speed Rooter & Plumbing. We were in escrow to sell a property with a fast close and these guys showed up when we needed them to. They had the best price and provided the most feedback considering I’m no expert in septic tanks. Shout out to Frank for being so courteous, prompt and just a pleasure to work with.
Excellent experience with High Speed, and their technician Evan. I needed a clogged drain line snaked and had a tiny window of time to get it done today. They had Evan out here before I could believe it. He assessed the problem, gave me my options clearly, and solved my issues in a blink. He really saved us and we’re totally grateful.
I'm very happy with the service High Speed Rooter & Plumbing provided. Their customer service is by far the best I have experienced in house repair services. The quote they provided was fair and the workers were on time, and friendly. They did the repairs and left the place clean. Frank checked on how things were running after the work was done and even did a courtesy visit to check on things. I would highly recommend them and would definitely call them for future plumbing repairs at home.
So, they did a good job. My water pipes are clear and the clog is gone. My laundry room drain has actually NEVER drained better. Eddie was super nice, no pressure easy going. His boss or whoever it was who came to the house to do the camera was not. I did not appreciate the pressure tactics he used to upsell me on descaling. While I am a woman, I am not stupid. Evan was just amazing!!! He came to fix our problem and made himself readily available, something that is rare for some plumbers. The company responded immediately also. He's super kind, took the time to walk us through the issue and show the parts and patiently fixed everything! Evan will be our go to plumber!
