It's an amazing place to live. Very quiet and clean community. Staff is so helpful and friendly. They have a nice pool. I have been living here 4 years already. We are moving this year to NJ . When I come back to Colorado definitely come back to Highland crossing and highland square. Highly recommend this place.

Used to be kept up nice and cared about their neighbors. NOW they let over 8 semi's trash out our street on E. Evans Avenue by parking there daily, working on the trucks in the middle of the street, etc.. I've reached out to the management AND the owners and they don't care. Their excuse is cause it's a public street. But if they truly cared they would reach out to those tenants and stop it. This is a okay place to live I have been here for almost a year and I definitely notice some changes for the better. I really like the maintenance staff the man with the dimples always goes above and beyond to help the people even if you dont call in the problem, if you just tell him he will help and I have seen it with other people to. the white haired man is nice he talks alot but i like when he comes to my apartment. The ladies in the front office are kind of rude I really dont like to deal with the main manager she yell... read more
