I had an emergency root canal that was extremely painful, and Highland Endodontics went above and beyond to help me. They were able to fit me into their schedule in less than seven hours, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Ratcliff was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough in answering all of my questions, which made me feel completely at ease. I had such a great experience at this office! Dr. Gatensburg and Catherine were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive the entire time. They made me feel comfortable from start to finish and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. It’s not often you find a dental team that’s both professional and genuinely caring, but they truly are. Highly recommend!
Dr. Watts seems like a great doctor but his financials are not right! I was told that my insurance does not cover anesthesia so I had to pay $750.00 up front! Talk to my mom she was like check with your insurance I would think they would cover something! So I called my insurance they told me it was covered at 80 percent! So I called back to the office and spoke with someone in the office and I said you all told me my insurance does not cover anesthesia but my insurance said they cover it at 80 percent! Just walked out of a procedure, and Dr. Watts, Nurse Nadler, and Ms. Bethany were awesome. I'm a nervous patient, but we got to know each other and killed all anxieties . Everything went well and I don't remember a thing. Great Experience.
I had pain from a root canal from here and dealt with pain for a year and a half to almost 2 years. After retreat and many, many appointments, i finally stopped going back when they told me just rinse with salt water months later after the retreat and multiple appointments even with significant pain. They knew that wasn't it, and I legitimately felt they were annoyed by me at that point.
