WoW!! What an amazing first experience with a root canal. Dr. Cook and Ms. Shun did an amazing job of calming me and helping me understand everything that was going to take place and when. The procedure was no where near as bad as I thought it would be. Minimal pain afterwards. I honestly can't say enough good things about this duo. The office staff was very friendly and welcoming. Great Place, Great Staff, Great Service. Will return to Dr. Cook for any other endo needs. 🤩
😊Wonderful customer service!!!! 10 out of 10 The staff were friendly and accommodating. Dr. Cook was professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. I was referred to her for a difficult procedure and she saw me immediately. I am very pleased with my outcome. After being in excruciating pain for weeks, Doctor Cook got me in and treated me within weeks timing. I have absolutely nothing negative to say except I wish I had been referred sooner! Don't waste time and set your appointment with them today!!!
The staff at Highland Endodontics is very friendly and Dr. Ratcliff is a great dentist. I couldn’t have asked for better care. The procedure was performed in a professional manner and I was pleased with the fact that I was able to save my tooth. My experience was very good and should I need their services again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend this dental clinic.
I cannot remember a less painful root canal than the one I had this morning. Dr. Radcliffe gives the least painful numbing shots I have ever experienced. The whole visit was as pleasant as a root canal could be. Brittany took great care of me. I highly recommend Highland Endodontics.
Dr. Cook and her assistant Brittany were absolutely wonderful during my root canal. They were friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which really put me at ease. The procedure went very smoothly. Also, the office itself is lovely. The front office staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
