They were able to accommodate my appointment without a long scheduling wait. Everyone was pleasant & professional. I was there a little early but they did not make me wait a long time to get back to a room. I saw Dr. Ratcliff and he was thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done. I received his professional judgment with confidence and comfort. The atmosphere of the facility was excellent.
I had my very first root canal with Dr.Cook at Highland Endodontics. I was super nervous! From the moment I walked in the door the receptionist that checked me in was so encouraging and sweet! My experience was amazing. The staff was so kind. I called a week before my appointment to ask if I could be seen sooner, and they were able to put me in a spot for that afternoon. No pain!
