😊Wonderful customer service!!!! 10 out of 10 The staff were friendly and accommodating. Dr. Cook was professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. I was referred to her for a difficult procedure and she saw me immediately. I am very pleased with my outcome. After being in excruciating pain for weeks, Doctor Cook got me in and treated me within weeks timing. I have absolutely nothing negative to say except I wish I had been referred sooner! Don't waste time and set your appointment with them today!!!
Kind, professional, clean and excellent service. The staff was so kind from the front door to completion of service. Everything was explained and the comfort and calm demeanor the team displayed played a major role in my comfort level. I drove 2 hours for the best care and will do it again.
Dr. Ratcliff and the entire team at Highland Endodontics in Madison were outstanding when they took care of my dad. Every doctor in the practice was professional and welcoming, and the whole staff made the experience smooth from start to finish. Dr. Ratcliff specifically went above and beyond — he explained everything clearly, made sure my dad was comfortable, and truly showed genuine care. Grateful for such a compassionate team. Dr. Olivia Cook was amazing!!! Beautiful, nice, and quick!!! Noone wants a dentist in their mouth for hours and I was in and out in about an hour and a half for a root canal!!! And it was painless. My DA was Brittney - she was phenomenal as well!! Friendly, comforting and funny!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Thanx Guys!!!
As someone with dental anxiety, Dr. Cooke and her assistant Shun were INCREDIBLE! Their chair-side manner and positive attitude calmed my nerves and they really worked hard to ease my fear by explaining every step of the procedure and checking in frequently on how I was feeling both physically and mentally. 10/10
