Dr. Cook and her assistant Brittany were absolutely wonderful during my root canal. They were friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which really put me at ease. The procedure went very smoothly. Also, the office itself is lovely. The front office staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience with Dr. Olivia Cook during my root canal. She was very nice, considerate, and took the time to talk me through the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. She listened to my concerns and truly put my needs first. I was pleasantly surprised that the procedure was not painful at all. I highly recommend Dr. Cook!
The staff at Highland Endodontics is very friendly and Dr. Ratcliff is a great dentist. I couldn’t have asked for better care. The procedure was performed in a professional manner and I was pleased with the fact that I was able to save my tooth. My experience was very good and should I need their services again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend this dental clinic.
Kind, professional, clean and excellent service. The staff was so kind from the front door to completion of service. Everything was explained and the comfort and calm demeanor the team displayed played a major role in my comfort level. I drove 2 hours for the best care and will do it again.
😊Wonderful customer service!!!! 10 out of 10 The staff were friendly and accommodating. Dr. Cook was professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. I was referred to her for a difficult procedure and she saw me immediately. I am very pleased with my outcome. After being in excruciating pain for weeks, Doctor Cook got me in and treated me within weeks timing. I have absolutely nothing negative to say except I wish I had been referred sooner! Don't waste time and set your appointment with them today!!!
