They were able to accommodate my appointment without a long scheduling wait. Everyone was pleasant & professional. I was there a little early but they did not make me wait a long time to get back to a room. I saw Dr. Ratcliff and he was thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done. I received his professional judgment with confidence and comfort. The atmosphere of the facility was excellent.
I had my very first root canal with Dr.Cook at Highland Endodontics. I was super nervous! From the moment I walked in the door the receptionist that checked me in was so encouraging and sweet! Dr. J.S. Gardenberg was absolutely amazing throughout my visit. He was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. WoW!! What an amazing first experience with a root canal. Dr. Cook and Ms. Shun did an amazing job of calming me and helping me understand everything that was going to take place and when. The procedure was no where near as bad as I thought it would be. Minimal pain afterwards. I honestly can't say enough good things about this duo. The office staff was very friendly and welcoming. Great Place, Great Staff, Great Service. Will return to Dr. Cook for any other endo needs. 🤩
