Kind, professional, clean and excellent service. The staff was so kind from the front door to completion of service. Everything was explained and the comfort and calm demeanor the team displayed played a major role in my comfort level. I drove 2 hours for the best care and will do it again.
Dr. Cook and her assistant were amazing. She walked me through the entire process from start to finish for my root canal. Very professional staff and excellent customer service.
Have to say best dental experience I’ve had by far. Dr. Cook was amazing and there was literally no pain. Barely felt the needle for numbing, and she talked me through the whole process. Her assistant Shaun (I hope I’m spelling correctly) was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable when I got there, and through the whole process. I was lying there thinking “I’m so glad I didn’t just let my regular dentist do this”…. Definitely recommend!
Great staff and establishment very friendly and clean. They got me to the back in less than 5 mins. Dr. Gerrets and his assistant was by far the best. He did my Root Canal and I haven’t had any swelling or pain. He was done in 40 mins
Staff was friendly and I got the appointment quickly. Once seated in the exam room the wait was long in my opinion especially for someone in pain. Also the doctor didn’t seem as compassionate as the recent dentist I saw for the issues. $195 just for an exam is excessive to me also. The exam room chairs were also so uncomfortable and hard. 3/5 stars for my experience.. the dental assistant was very sweet though!! 5/5 stars for her!
