Everyone was great from the front to the back. Cindy was amazing, Wahide very courteous and moved slowly realizing the amount of pain I was in. Chris was magnificent and funny kept me from crying more and laughing more so. The doctor was great as well but definitely did not match the others personalities. More like a robot but a good one. My only complaint is that I wasn’t prescribed antibiotics to prevent any infection. I work at an animal hospital and have a degree in biology so, that part truly baffled me. I had a wonderful experience at Highland Park Emergency Room. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff, from the front door to radiology to the ER physician was kind, attentive, and professional. There was absolutely no wait time; they got me in quickly and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. Everyone was incredibly friendly and took the time to really listen to my concerns, even though my situation was a little embarrassing (I tripped and fell down some stairs and injured my foot). I had a great experience at Highland Park Emergency. I came in with back pain and was honestly pretty worried, but the professional staff immediately made me feel at ease. They were kind, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The environment was very clean and welcoming, and best of all—there was no wait. I’m feeling much better now and truly grateful for the care I received. Highly recommend!
Hands down, my best ER experience. I will never go to another ER. I was seen immediately after some paperwork. Everyone from the front desk, nurses, and doctor was amazing. They are friendly, have great bedside manner and treated me as if I was family.
The staff and care at Highland Park ER were great. Cindy, Cliff, Eunice, Cory and Dr. Attleberry were all super welcoming, kind and attentive. Going to the ER is usually a nerve wracking experience, but they all made it an easy and pleasant visit. Will definitely recommend this ER to anyone. 10/10!
