Wonderful experience All leasing agents were kind, professional, non-judgemental, supportive and beyond helpful. Haven't rented anything for years, so the whole process began to seem overwhelming. I've been living at the Highland View Apartments for 4-1/2 years, and I couldn't be happier that I moved here. My unit is very nice and comfortable. The grounds are well kept. But most of all, the office and maintenance staff are wonderful. They have all been very friendly and helpful when I've interacted with them. The couple times that I have needed maintenance assistance were responded to and resolved promptly and to my total satisfaction. I love being here!
If I could give this place a zero star I would. Lots and lots of problems with this place. When we moved into this place we told management that the carpet was very stained, sticky, and matted down and needed replaced. They said there’s no need to replace it, so when it came time to move out they blamed the carpet on us and said we had to pay to fix it. They took our entire deposit plus charged us an additional $1,400 for the carpet. I told them I’m not paying that and they threatened to sue us and turn us into collections. ... read more
Its a great place to live. We lived here for 3 and half years.
The amenities are nice, usually not filled with tons of people either. Mail package locker was pretty cool too. However, there are several other things that wasn’t great while living here. Management never seemed to be in contact with one another, constantly leaving “notes” on our file but apparently nobody read them. Hallways CONSTANTLY smelled super strongly of marijuana, and nothing was done to combat it.
